Start with the stain source
Oil and rust behave differently. Oil may soak into porous concrete, while rust can originate from metal furniture, equipment, irrigation, or other sources. Send a close-up photo and a wider view so we can assess the affected area.
Targeted treatment for oil residue
Tell us how long the oil has been present and whether it has been treated before. We assess the material, residue, and surrounding drainage, then explain the proposed degreasing and cleaning scope. Deep discoloration can remain even when surface residue is removed.
Rust treatment matched to the material
A product suitable for one surface may harm another. We consider concrete, pavers, stone, coatings, and nearby materials before proposing rust treatment. Tell us if the staining keeps returning so the source can be addressed separately.
Know what improvement to expect
A stain-removal estimate should distinguish cleaning from repair or resurfacing. We explain limitations and may recommend a small test area where appropriate. No single treatment can promise every old stain will disappear.
